With more than 36 years of experience in the financial services industry, Carmen, a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), brings deep knowledge, leadership, and client-centered insight to her role as a Financial Advisor at EBW where she has been a valued partner since 2007. Throughout her distinguished career, Carmen has held key leadership positions including Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Chief Operations Officer, and Vice President at a regional banking institution. Her broad experience allows her to provide clients with both strategic guidance and practical solutions to help them pursue their financial goals.
Carmen attended the University of Southern California and remains committed to lifelong learning and community engagement. A dedicated member of the Rotary Club of McLean for more than 28 years, she has served on its Board of Directors and continues to support local service initiatives. She is also an active member of the Financial Planning Association and the Financial Services Institute.
Originally from California, Carmen moved to the East Coast in 1987 and now resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband, Art. The eldest of nine siblings, she treasures time spent with her large extended family, including her two grandchildren. Outside the office, Carmen pursues her passion for art—capturing portraits, landscapes, and still life through drawing and painting.
