Erin joined EBW in 2026 to serve as the Director of Operations. She brings 14 years of financial services experience in operations, client experience, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, Erin has focused on building strong teams, improving processes, and creating positive experiences for both clients and employees.
A Northern Virginia native, Erin attended the University of Tennessee, obtaining a degree in Psychology. She values collaboration and thoughtful problem-solving and enjoys working alongside colleagues to turn ideas into practical solutions.
Erin lives in the area with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and coaching girls’ lacrosse.
